Once or twice a year, QueUp partners with an early-stage startup and builds its product — in exchange for equity, usually alongside a reduced cash component. You get the same two-senior team, standards, and process our paying clients get; we get skin in your game. We've shipped our own fintech product (BaitulMal), so we know the distance between an idea and a live product — because we've crossed it with our own money and time.
Backend, web, mobile, AI — both founders on your build.
Built on .NET and Azure the way we build for enterprises.
We run BaitulMal in production ourselves.
We'll tell you when a feature is a waste of your runway.
Selectivity is the credibility.
Every partnership is structured individually, but the shape is consistent: a fixed MVP scope, equity vested by delivery milestones, usually combined with a reduced monthly cash component, and a conversion clause — once you raise or reach revenue, further development converts to standard paid work. You keep control of your company; we're a small, aligned shareholder whose upside is your success.
